Aoun discusses ceasefire efforts with visitors
President of the Republic Joseph Aoun met with Democratic Gathering Secretary-General MP Hadi Aboul Hessen to review political developments, particularly ongoing negotiations and efforts to consolidate the ceasefire.
The talks also focused on a development project aimed at establishing a renewable energy facility serving towns and villages in Upper Metn and neighboring areas within the Qaysamani Dam zone, with practical steps related to funding and implementation expected to begin soon.
