Berri broaches developments with Mikati, Defense Minister
Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri received former Prime Minister Najib Mikati, at the Second Presidency headquarters in Ain el-Tineh, with whom he discussed the latest developments and the political and field updates in light of Israel’s continued aggression against Lebanon.
Speaker Berri also received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to Lebanon, Kristoffer Vivike, who came on a farewell visit upon the end of his diplomatic mission in the country.
The visit was an occasion to discuss developments in Lebanon and the region, as well as the bilateral relations between the two countries.
Berri also followed up on the latest developments and the general situation, especially the security and field updates, as well as the conditions of the military institution, during his meeting with National Defense Minister Michel Menassa.
