MTV has learned that Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri has called the Parliament Bureau to meet on Monday because he intends to convene a legislative session in the near future to consider several bills, including a government-drafted bill allocating an additional $100 million from the state budget to the Energy Ministry to settle some outstanding dues owed by public administrations.
