The Presidency of the Council of Ministers announced that the Cabinet session scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed until next week, as Energy and Water Minister Joe Saddi has to travel to Qatar to follow up on talks with the Qatari side regarding its proposal to develop and improve Lebanon’s electricity sector.
