Energy Minister Joe Saddi is considering skipping tomorrow’s Cabinet session, as he believes the electricity plan being discussed with Qatar is not yet finalized.
He may, however, attend if the agenda is limited to discussions on the adjustable electricity tariff and outstanding payments owed by state institutions.
