Dabbour file: Ramallah rejects any deal, seeks extradition
A senior Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) source told MTV that “Ramallah is not interested in any deal regarding the case of former ambassador Ashraf Dabbour.”
The source added that the Palestinian authorities consider the only solution to the case to be Dabbour’s extradition to the Palestinian judiciary through the proper legal channels, expressing confidence that the Lebanese authorities will cooperate to complete the extradition process in accordance with the law.
A judicial source also told MTV that reports claiming Dabbour had undergone open-heart surgery were untrue, adding that his condition is stable.
