A Break Before the Heat Returns!
The Meteorological Department at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expects Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean to experience typical humid summer weather, with temperatures remaining within seasonal averages through Monday. Temperatures are then expected to rise, particularly inland, exceeding seasonal averages in most areas and bringing relatively hot conditions.
The department also warned of rising sea waves and the formation of strong water currents, particularly along the northern coast.

Surface winds: Southwesterly during the day and southeasterly at night, occasionally strong, with speeds ranging between 15 and 40 km/h.
Visibility: Moderate along the coast and reduced over the mountains due to fog.
