MP Sethrida Geagea stressed that Lebanon can only be saved by strengthening the authority of the state and its constitutional institutions, enabling them to fully exercise their powers across all Lebanese territory.
She said the country faces a decisive national moment, calling for restoring sovereign state decision-making and prioritizing Lebanon’s interests over external agendas.
Speaking at a meeting of Lebanese Forces local officials in Bsharri, Geagea also welcomed the reopening of Saudi markets to Lebanese agricultural exports, describing it as a major opportunity for farmers.
Geagea urged producers to adhere to export quality standards to preserve the reputation of Lebanese products abroad, emphasizing that supporting agriculture is essential to sustaining rural communities and strengthening citizens’ resilience.
