Israeli Control Expands Southward as Forces Cross the Litani River
Israeli Channel 12 has reported that units of the Israeli army has crossed the Litani River using heavy armored vehicles and personnel carriers and took control of the area.
The Israeli army also indicated that it had crossed the Litani River northwards several days ago and positioned itself on the outskirts of the village of Zoutr.
Israeli media further reported that eight soldiers were injured in clashes with Hezbollah near eastern Zawtar el Charqiyeh in southern Lebanon.
