Airstrikes, demolitions and civilian casualties reported across South Lebanon
Earlier on Wednesday Israeli enemy drone and airstrikes targeted multiple towns in South Lebanon, including Kafra and Tayri (Bint Jbeil district), while a helicopter carried out sweeping operations over Bint Jbeil. A drone also struck an area between Qalaouiyeh and Borj Qalaouiyeh with no reported injuries.
Overnight, continued demolitions were reported in Shamaa and Naqoura, with explosions heard across Tyre, alongside sustained low-altitude drone activity over Bayyada, Mansouri and coastal areas.
In Tayr Debba, Civil Defense teams continued clearing rubble after a strike killed three civilians, while heavy damage was reported in Hanine following air raids and demolitions.
In Nabatieh district, a strike on Jibchit killed five members of one family and destroyed their building. Additional strikes and machine-gun fire were reported in Khiam and Marjayoun.
