Daraj and Megaphone refuse to appear before Judge Kallas
The Executive Director of Kulluna Irada organization, Diana Menhem, appeared before the public prosecutor at the Court of Cassation, Judge Mirna Kallas, accompanied by her legal representative, lawyer Abdo Ghossoub. She was interrogated regarding the complaint filed against the organization by several lawyers for crimes related to undermining the state's financial standing, destabilizing the currency, and obtaining foreign funding in exchange for these actions.
However, the officials of the platforms Daraj and Megaphone refused to appear before Judge Kallas, arguing that they only represent before the Press Court, even though Judge Kallas is the legal authority in charge of such matters.
Therefore, the actions of Daraj and Megaphone are considered a legal violation, and it is expected that Judge Kallas will take the necessary measures in this regard.
