President Aoun: The Army is Fulfilling Its Duty
President of the Republic Joseph Aoun confirmed that the army is fulfilling its full duty in the villages and towns from which the Israelis have withdrawn, in implementation of Resolution 1701, demonstrating its ability to protect citizens.
He added, during his meeting with Paul Grove, member of the subcommittee on foreign aid allocations in the U.S. Senate: We are determined to overcome any obstacles that may arise in the path of the reform process.
