Sources following the Energy Ministry’s requests to the Lebanese government told MTV website that there has been no practical response to these demands, and the government majority and the finance minister bear responsibility for the expected deterioration in electricity supply by the middle of next month.
They added that the financial commitments and dues that were approved came too late and would not be disbursed until they receive parliamentary approval.
