Eight People Indicted in Explosives Shipment Case
MTV's website has learned that Government Commissioner to the Military Court, Judge Claude Ghanem, has filed charges against eight people in connection with the explosives shipment case:
Haitham Amhaz, Ali al-Kurdi, Ibrahim Habib, known as “Sajed”, Bilal Sabouri, known as “Zoul-Fiqar”, Mohammad Ayoub, Mohammad Zaiter, who was in the vehicle accompanying the car carrying Amhaz and al-Kurdi; Mohammad Hazimeh, the owner of the vehicle; and Yirina Krishinova, Amhaz’s wife.
They are charged with crimes against the internal and external security of the state, as well as felonies under Article 353 of the Penal Code and Articles 27 and 76 of the Weapons Law.
