Foreign Affairs Minister Youssef Raggi held a phone call with his Spanish counterpart José Manuel Albares Bueno, to express condolences over the victims of a train collision in Toledo.
Raggi wished the injured a speedy recovery and conveyed the solidarity of the Lebanese government and people with Spain and its citizens following the tragic accident.
