Judicial Source to MTV: Fadel Chaker Faces a Critical Situation
A judicial source told MTV that the medical committee assigned to review the case of singer Fadel Chaker ended in its report that his health condition is critical and serious, after taking into account the testimony of three officers as well as the prisoner’s claims that he was not involved in the Abra clashes.
The source added that the final decision rests with the Military Court, which will determine whether to approve or reject the requests for his release.
