Israeli Channel 12 reported that “the Home Front Command has informed heads of local councils in the north of its intention to change its protection policy next week.”
It added that “the Home Front Command’s policy includes reducing gatherings, restricting educational activities, and classifying towns along the Lebanese border as a yellow zone.”
