Choucair discusses means to enhance economic cooperation with Cuban Ambassador
Head of the Lebanese Economic Committees, former minister Mohammad Choucair, welcomed at the Beirut and Mount Lebanon Chamber headquarters, Cuba's Ambassador to Lebanon Jorge León Cruz.
Discussions reportedly touched on ways to develop economic relations between the two friendly countries.
Choucair stressed the Lebanese private sector’s interest in strengthening cooperation with its Cuban counterpart.
The Cuban Ambassador handed Choucair an invitation to visit Cuba along with an economic delegation to attend the Havana International Fair, which will be held from November 24 to 29.
