Israel Draws Up Plan for Lebanon in Case of Renewed War
Israel’s Maariv newspaper reported that there is a plan to occupy the Lebanese cities of Tyre, Saida, and Nabatieh if Hezbollah takes action against Israel.
The newspaper added that the Israeli Navy could impose a naval blockade on the ports of Beirut and Tripoli, and said preparations were underway for intensive preliminary bombardments and strikes deep inside Lebanon and in Beirut’s southern suburbs.
