A Syrian official source told MTV that Damascus has formally requested the handover of Suleiman Hilal al-Assad for trial in Syria, adding that the Syrian authorities expect their Lebanese counterparts to cooperate in handing over Suleiman al-Assad as a sign of seriousness in building institutional relations.
