Is There A Weather surprise on the way?
The Meteorological Department at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expects Wednesday’s weather to be partly cloudy to cloudy, with fog over the mountains and a slight drop in temperatures. Winds will remain active, with scattered rainfall accompanied by thunder and lightning, while widespread breaks in the clouds are expected.

General situation:
Relatively unsettled autumn weather is prevailing over Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean, with temperatures below seasonal averages due to the influence of a low-pressure system centered southwest of Turkey. The system is bringing scattered rainfall accompanied by thunder and lightning, as well as active winds in northern areas.
Average September temperatures are 22–32°C in Tripoli, 24–32°C in Beirut and 16–32°C in Zahle.
