Aoun: Israeli Violations Undermine Negotiations and U.S. Efforts
President Joseph Aoun has condemned Israel’s ongoing attacks on southern Lebanon, particularly in the Nabatieh area and surrounding towns, accusing Israel of repeatedly violating the framework agreement, the work of the Military Coordination Group and international laws protecting civilians.
He said the latest attacks had resulted in the killing of an entire family from the town of Ansar.
Aoun said the violations send “a clear message” regarding the ongoing negotiations and U.S. efforts to implement the agreement.
