Lebanese drama has lost today, with the passing of Antoine Ghandour, one of its greatest pillars, one of its finest writers, and one of the most prolific among them. Ghandour mastered the art of translating historical events into the language of theater. He was creative in bringing prominent figures to life and in imagining their dialogues, offering audiences admired plays and television series that left a lasting mark on their memory and enriched our culture.
