Israel: Hezbollah Stored Millions of Dollars in Bachoura Building
Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee wrote on X:
“Attention, residents of Lebanon: Beneath this building in the heart of Beirut’s Bachoura neighborhood, Hezbollah has hidden millions of dollars to fund its activities.
Be aware: Hezbollah stored millions of dollars intended to finance its terrorist objectives under this building in central Beirut.
The money was stored in a complex located on the second basement level, guarded by armed men, with access through the parking lot, all beneath a fully civilian building, putting hundreds of residents inside and around the building at great risk.
Residents of Lebanon, Hezbollah, which dragged you into war in service of Iran, continues to operate within civilian areas, endangering your lives. This time, it used the heart of the Lebanese capital while hiding its activities from the state and the public.
Hezbollah has crossed a new level of cynical exploitation of Lebanon for its own interests and to bolster its activities; at your expense.”
