Mayor of Aalma al-Shaab: “We’re Exhausted… We Want to Live”

Aalma al-Shaab mayor Chadi Sayyah told MTV: “We want to live. We are tired of leaving our homes. We are not challenging anyone. We want to stay on our land and live with dignity.”

Condolences are also being received at St. Anthony the Great Church in Jdeideh for martyr Sami Ghafri, who was killed in the town of Aalma al-Shaab on Sunday in an Israeli airstrike.
