Israel Releases 5 Lebanese Detainees, Agrees to Begin Border Negotiations

Meanwhile, the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed the release of 5 Lebanese detainees in coordination with Washington, as a goodwill gesture to the new President of Lebanon, noting the agreement to form working groups with the US, France, and Lebanon to resolve the border issue.
