When the Chicken Runs Out, So Does Patience: Shooting in Tripoli Over Half a Chicken
The National News Agency in Tripoli reported that M.K. randomly opened fire at a grilled chicken shop in Zahriyeh, Tripoli, after the owner refused to sell him half a chicken because they had run out of stock. The shooting left 13-year-old Sh.Y. critically wounded in the head and A.T. injured in the hand. Both were transported to the government hospital for treatment.
Security forces arrived at the scene and launched an investigation into the incident
