Boujikian thanks Mikati for support to industrial sector
Caretaker Minister of Industry George Boujikian visited Prime Minister Najib Mikati, thanking him on behalf of the Lebanese industrial sector for his support revitalizing the sector, particularly in food industries.
Moreover, Boujikian praised Mikati’s efforts in issuing decrees that facilitated investment, modernization, and global competition, creating job opportunities and securing foreign currency to strengthen the economy.
The Industry Minister also commended Mikati’s leadership, highlighting his national role in maintaining institutions and their operations despite challenges. He expressed confidence that under President Aoun’s leadership, support for national production will continue to grow.
