Mawalwi: Doreid al-Assad’s case involve fake passports
Caretaker Interior Minister Bassam Malwawi explained that the case of Doreid al-Assad’s family is about the possession of fake passports, adding that the General Security agency is applying the law.
“Not everyone who enters Lebanon from Syria is a member of officer of the Syrian army,” he said in remarks to reporters following his meeting with Maronite Patriarch Bechara Rahi in Bkerke.
