Salam, Al-Sharaa discuss bilateral ties
Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam held a phone call with Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa, during which he extended his greetings for the holiday and congratulated him on the formation of the new government, wishing Syria and its people continued stability and prosperity.
The two leaders discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations across various fields in the interest of both the Lebanese and Syrian peoples.
Salam also expressed his desire to make an official visit to Damascus soon, leading a ministerial delegation to discuss shared issues and enhance cooperation between the two countries.
