Aoun thanks Kuwait for its ongoing support
President of the Republic Joseph Aoun received at Baabda palace Kuwait’s Ambassador to Lebanon, Mohammad Sultan Al-Sharji, with whom he discussed the Lebanese-Kuwaiti relations and ways to strengthen them across the various sectors.
The discussion also covered the situation in Lebanon and the broad region in light of recent developments.
President Aoun thanked Kuwait, its Emir, government, and people, for the support it has provided and continues to provide to Lebanon. He also wished Kuwait and its brotherly people further prosperity, progress, and stability.
