Sources from the Central Bank of Lebanon confirmed to MTV that the decrease in the dollar exchange rate against the Lebanese pound is not based on positive news, but on economic reforms.
They added: The Central Bank will intervene with the appropriate monetary framework to prevent any manipulation of the exchange rate.
