Salam marks Internal Security Forces anniversary, pledges continued support
Prime Minister Nawaf Salam congratulated the Internal Security Forces on the anniversary of their establishment, paying tribute to the institution’s leadership, officers and personnel.
Salam said that, during some of Lebanon’s most difficult periods, members of the Internal Security Forces proved their dedication by standing where the state was needed most, serving as a shield for the nation and a source of support for citizens.
He added that, while security personnel continue to perform their duties with commitment and professionalism, the government is working to improve their conditions and provide them with the support they deserve.
