Makhzoumi salutes press on World Press Freedom Day
MP Fouad Makhzoumi wrote on his X account: “On World Press Freedom Day, an affirmation that freedom of the press is equal in importance to the freedom of individuals and society alike, especially when freedom of expression is one of the most prominent and essential freedoms guaranteed and protected by the constitution and may not be restricted by any means or for any reasons....A tribute goes to all members of the media and journalism body, which is considered the beating heart of Lebanon and is characterized by a pioneering and effective movement in its surroundings.
